  • WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED? 

Orders are shipped within 2 to 5 business days from the date payment for your order is received. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

  • HOW DO I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?

We will try our best to accommodate your request, but please be aware that if your order has been processed already, we might not be able to cancel your order. If you placed your order within the last 24 hours, please submit an urgent request via our contact us page or support email helps@allblueanime.com. If you placed your order more than 24 hours ago, please call us ASAP.

  • HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY PRE-ORDER?

Login to your account and select the order number within your order history to display available status information. Each item's status will be listed directly below the product name.

If you do not already have an account with us or did not set one up at the time of purchase, please create one or contact us.
  • ARE ALL THE PRODUCTS YOU SELL AUTHENTIC?
