Return Policy

In order to provide our customers friendly and secured purchasing experience, we try our best to offer our customers a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return after purchase.

How To Return an Item:

Contact our Customer Service FIRST:

Please contact our Customer Service at service@allblueanime.com FIRST to receive approval for your return, so your return will be processed easier and safer. Any returns shipped back to us without approval will be delayed or may not be eligible for a refund.

Pack your return item:

After receiving return approval from us, please pack the return item with a shipping box, or Bubble Mailer, or other proper package methods  to protect the item. And attach the Return Shipping Label  to the return package.

Please do NOT ever attach the Return Shipping Label directly on the returning item. By doing this, the item may be seriously damaged during transportation, as a result, only a partial or no refund will be issued. 

Drop off your return package at shipping carrier's location:

After packing the return item, simply drop it off at a nearby carrier's location. Then refund will be processed after the return item is received and confirmed by our Customer Service.

  • USPS Shipping Label --- every Post Office location
  • UPS Shipping Label --- any UPS Store or UPS local partner store (such as Post Net, Post Annex or similar partner stores)
  • FedEx Shipping Label --- any UPS Store or UPS local partner store (such as Post Net, Post Annex or similar partner stores)

Refunds:

Refund on return is issued after the item has been received and confirmed by our Customer Service within 1 week. Refund will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be posted on your credit cards, after receiving refund confirmation email from us. For Paypal checkouts, Paypal may need up to 30 days to post the refund on your Paypal account. 

 

Common Return Eligibility:

Please refer to the following cases for your Return Request:

New and Unopened Items:

New items in unopened and unused conditions are qualified to be returned within 30 days after initial purchasing date, unless they are marked as Non-Returnable Items or specifically stated on the product pages. 

The items must be in original factory-sealed condition as initially received, with tags (if they have).

Opened or Used Items:

Items that have been opened or removed from their original packages are NOT eligible for returns.

Items that have visible indications that their packages are opened are NOT eligible for returns.

Items that have visible indications that the items have been used are NOT eligible for returns.

Boxed items that are no longer factory-sealed are NOT eligible for returns.

Clothing, Apparel, Blanket and other Fabric Items:

Clothing, apparel, blanket and other fabric items that are in unopened package, or, new and unwashed conditions, can be returned within 30 days after initial purchasing date.

Clothing, apparel, blanket and other fabric items that are used or worn may NOT be eligible for returns.

Clothing, apparel, blanket and other fabric items that have stains, odor, pet hair, or other visible used indications are NOT eligible for returns.

Cosplay Costumes and related accessories Items:

Cosplay Costumes and related accessories that are in new conditions can be returned within 30 days.

Cosplay Costumes and related accessories that are used or worm (except for checking sizes) are NOT eligible for returns.

Damaged and Defective Items:

Items that are damaged during carrier deliveries can be exchanged for a replacement of the same item.

Items that have defective parts, due to manufacturing reasons, will get the replacement parts.

Please inspect all items as soon as possible upon reception, and report any damages or defects to us immediately by sending Replacement Request to our email: service@allblueanime.com. Emails with photos showing broken parts and defects are highly recommended, and helpful for us to determine what exactly is wrong and what we can do to make it right for our customers quickly.

Please understand that minor cosmetic painting issues and other manufacturing issues may exist due to mass productions. These issues can NOT be recognized as defects or damages.

Please understand that minor dents or scratches on items packages or boxes may occurred during delivery. These issues can NOT be recognized as defects or damages.

If you are collectors, to whom the items packages or boxes are very essential for your collections, please contact us at contact@allblueanime.com before purchase. We will try our best to ensure that you will receive your items in perfect conditions.

Non-Returnable Items:

All Non-Returnable Items are NOT eligible for returns or replacements. For items that are classified as Non-Returnable Items, there are Non-Returnable Seals marked on their product pages. If you have any questions or concerns on the Non-Returnable Items, please contact us at contact@allblueanime.com before purchase.

Over 30 days Return Item:

No return will be approved after the 30-day return window.

 

Return Shipping Costs

Domestic Customers:

If the return is approved by us and occurred due to our mistake (such as Wrong Item shipped, Item damaged during delivery, Item with manufacturing defects), we will pay for the Return Shipping Fees. A Pre-Paid Return Shipping Label will be provided to you by us. Shipping carrier will be selected by us. There will be no cost on you.

If the return is approved by us and occurred due to our mistake, BUT you decide to send the return back to us using your selected carrier or service. The shipping costs charged by your selected carrier or service will not be reimbursed. And we are NOT responsible for any lost or damaged packages returned by this option.

If the return is occurred by other reasons than our mistake, we will not pay for the Return Shipping Fees, and you will be responsible for all shipping costs without reimbursement. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages returned to us.

International Customers:

For international orders, Please contact us at service@allblueanime.com before returning items back to us.

If the return is approved by us and occurred due to our mistake (such as Wrong Item shipped, Item damaged during delivery, Item with manufacturing defects), we will issue reasonable Store Credit to International Customers, instead of returning items back to us. The amount of Store Credit will be determined between customer and us by reviewing the actual order.

If the return is occurred by other reasons than our mistake, we will not pay for the Return Shipping Fees, and you will be responsible for all shipping costs without reimbursement. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages returned to us.

 

Refused and Undeliverable Packages

A Refused Packages will be treated as an Unopened-Item Return. Any return costs will be deducted from the refund. 

If a package is returned back to us marked as Undeliverable due to an error on customer end (such as incorrect address, insufficient address, and other reasons ), it is your responsibility to contact us for re-shipping. Any return and re-shipping fees need to be paid before the package is re-shipped. 

Restocking Fees:

Normally, we do NOT charge restocking fees, but we reserve the rights to do so in certain cases.

For example: If the item, returned back to us, contains missing or damaged parts, which doesn't match with the item condition as shown when we approve the return, a reasonable restocking fee will be applied.
